What is it?

60 or 30 min sessions ranging from manual therapy to return to sport clearance. Treatment for all body areas. All sessions include emailed care plans.

What is it?

I developed SMARTSTRIDE - pairing running with injury care. I assess injuries, strength, balance, ROM, running gait, and more. I also provide calendar-style training programs with details based on your goals and injury profile.

Who is it for?

All experience levels. Ultra marathoners to "non-runners".
